What is Fio?
Fio (Flexible I / O Tester) is an I / O performance benchmarking tool for Linux, other Unix systems as well as Windows. The latest version can always be downloaded and compiled via the Fio Git repository (see also Fio compiling ). For Windows, pre-build binaries can also be found at bluestop.org/fio .
